For student support, during normal Law Help desk business hours, we offer support via our Student Help Desk located in Bannan Hall 137 located near Bannan Hall student lounge area. At the Help Desk, you can get help with your laptop for the following:
- Wireless setup
- Anti-virus setup
- SmartPrint software setup
- Exam software (Examsoft SofTest) installs, registration, & basic troubleshooting
- Notebook recommendations

*For laptop computers that still have a valid and active warranty, a Law Help Desk staff will help you troubleshoot the initial cause and then recommend that you work with your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for further support.
*For laptop computers that are not under warranty, a Law Technology staff will have to discuss 3rd party repair options.
