The law help desk can assist you with most of your basic Examsoft Softest issues: installation, configuration, registration, etc. However, if you are off campus and need support, Examsoft has a support number. Examsoft customer support representatives will ask you for your name, 11-digit ID, and/or institution ID (sculaw).
NOTE: During exams, if you need help getting your exam downloads, obtain resume codes for take-home exams, etc.; then you can contact Student Services by calling 408-554-4766; emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org; or stopping by their office, Bannan Hall 210.
