Issue: I use FireFox and I can log into Camino and/or SCU Gmail with any issues. However, I use Apple Safari and/or Google Chrome and it seems to not work.


Resolution: You will need to find out if you are using Auto-fill and/or Password managers and make sure the passwords stored on your browsers match the password that you just created or verified on MySCU portal (scu.edu/login)


For FireFox


FireFox | Preferences | Security | Saved Logins | Show Passwords


For Apple Safari


Safari | Preferences | Password | Show Passwords for Selected Sites


For Google Chrome


Settings | Show Advanced Settings | Password Manager



Change them accordingly or delete the password entry to be prompted to save them again.
