Seek help at the Law Help Desk first, but if no one is available, then you can do the following:


1. Go to SP2.scu.edu . Login and upload your document. Select the Heafey Law Printers. Print jobs print immediately and does not require the SmartPrint release station.


2. Call IT Service Center (408-554-5700) and/or create a ticket at ithelpdesk.scu.edu and someone will be dispatched Bannan hall to fix the issue.
