Alternatively, you can,


1. Go to https://sp2.scu.edu/MyPrintCenter/. Log in with your SCU network ID and upload your document. Select the the nearest Smart Print printer (Lucas Hall) and print your document. NOTE: Print jobs print immediately using this option and does not require the Smart Print release station.


2. Call the IT Service Center (408-554-5700) and someone will be dispatched Charney Hall to fix the issue.
