Seek help at the Law Help Desk first, but if no one is available, then you can do the following:


1. Go to https://sp2.scu.edu/MyPrintCenter/. Log in with your SCU network ID and upload your document. Select the Heafey Law Printers and print your document. NOTE: Print jobs print immediately using this option and does not require the SmartPrint release station.


2. Call IT Service Center (408-554-5700) and/or create a ticket at ithelpdesk.scu.edu and someone will be dispatched Bannan hall to fix the issue.
