Seek assistance at the Law Help Desk (Charney 111) first, but if no one is available, then you can do the following:

1. Go to Log in with your SCU network ID and upload your document. Select the the nearest SmartPrint printer (Lucas Hall) and print your document. NOTE: Print jobs print immediately using this option and does not require the SmartPrint release station.

2. Call the IT Service Center (408-554-5700) and someone will be dispatched Charney Hall to fix the issue.
