Issue: A student was facing an issue while starting up ExamSoft on his/her mac. The error that came up was "Unable to load the exam in progress."  Reinstalling ExamSoft did not help and the same error message came up on ExamSoft startup.

To get through this issue, Examsoft support was contacted. Per their instructions, we deleted the 'SoftTest.datn' file in the installation directory. This file basically contains the user information which had to be deleted to clear off previous exam session.

Once the file was deleted, the ExamSoft application started successfully.

Note: 'SoftTest.datn' file on mac is equivalent to the 'stdb.s3db file on Windows.
