Normally, your eCampus recovery email should be your SCU Gmail account or a personal email account that is currently active. However, if your recovery email in eCampus is incorrect, then you will need to request to change your recovery email by filling out this form, https://www.scu.edu/media/offices/registrar/important-forms-/ACCESS-to-eCampus-Form-30Mar16-(1).pdf and then return the completed form to the Office of the Registrar. 


It takes up to 24-48 hours before your recovery email is updated. You can then request to reset your password via the eCampus portal.
