Apple and Microsoft are set to release major updates to their operating systems in the next few weeks. Apple's release of Mac OS High Sierra is set for September 25, 2017, and Microsoft's release of Windows 10 Creators Update is set for October 17, 2017.

If you are installing Examsoft Softest-M (Version 11.x) or Examsoft Examplify (Version 1.X) for your Mac or PC for Fall 2017 exam finals, then it is highly recommended that you do not upgrade to the latest OS updates provided by Microsoft and/or Apple. Examsoft notified SCU LAW that Softest-M (version 11.X) and Examplify (Version 1.X) have not yet been qualified to function with Apple Mac OS High Sierra or Microsoft Windows 10 Creators Update.

Law School Student services will make an official announcement when it is safe to upgrade to the latest Apple and Microsoft updates.

NOTE: If you are planning to purchase a new laptop computer between late October 2017 and December 2017, Microsoft and Apple will most likely have these updates already installed. Please don't install any Examsoft products until told to do so for your semester finals.
