SCU LAW Quick Support is a remote desktop support client used by Law Technology team members to initiate a quick remote session to your computer.  A Law Technology team member will only require you to download and install the Quick Support client during your support call, only if needed. Otherwise, you are not required to have Quick Support client installed on your computer.
NOTE: For security purposes, a session pass code is automatically generated for you each time that you run the Quick Support client.

During your support call with a Law Technology team member, you will be instructed to download the Quick Support client.
If so, then download the client here, Quick Support .
Law Technology team member will ask you to run the SCU LAW Quick Support install client.
Click on the EXE (WIndows) or DMG (Mac) to run the Quick Support stand alone application.
Once Quick Support has launched, you will need to provide the randomly generated session pass code to the Law Technology team member. After your issue has been resolved, you will be instructed to delete the Quick Support client file.

NOTE: The installer will ask for permission to run and access some system services to complete the Quick Support launch.
