Non SCU accounts who need to be a host in a Zoom meeting with SCU students (Lab Manager) Print

1. Have SCU professor create meeting and assign SCU students (3-4) as co-hosts.

2. Student cohost (just need 1 out of the 3) will attend the meeting to kick it off.

3. Lab manager can then attend the meeting (non-SCU).

4. This will allow you to use full SCU Zoom Account (300 participants, no time limit)

Also one final note - These need to be at separate times. Meaning don't schedule 5 labs like on a Friday from 1-2pm that happen all simultaneously. They would need to be 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, etc
