Here is an example of a Zoom link you may receive - https://scu.zoom.us/j/3762661934. This link is what will allow you to attend the meeting.
Make sure you first login through the scu login portal at www.scu.edu/login before clicking the link.
Once you click on the link, if you haven't already downloaded Zoom (not required and the easiest would be just to click on the link), it will install Zoom.
You'll want to test your audio and video.
Here is the breakdown of Zoom's features in regards to the toolbar below the screen. For a more in-depth look, please watch the video above.
Mute (Microphone icon) - This will mute your audio.
Start/Stop Video (Video Icon) - This will start and stop your video.
Participants - You can see the participants in the room. Here is where you can raise your hand to ask questions.
Share - You can share your screen with the users in the Zoom room.
Chat - This is text chat. This is great when people want to ask questions during the meeting. Here is where you can type questions to your professor.
End Meeting - This will end the Zoom meeting.
