We have been receiving reports of students having issues accessing examsoft.com/sculaw to download or upload their take-home and drop-box exams. This has been resolved by opening an alternative browser to access the URL or clearing your cache.
This issue has not been browser consistent so it is recommended to try different browsers.
If you have a problem with one, try the other.
If that doesn't work, clearing your web browser cache (according to Examsoft) should resolve the issue. Please see directions on how to do that here.
