Examsoft has stated that it provides 24/7 support ( U.S. and Canada: (866) 429-8889 ext. 1 ) for Examplify. Be forewarned, Examsoft does up take up to 48 hours to get back to you if you email or leave them a voice mail message. For the most part, they should have representatives standing by to take your call so be persistent. Law students seem to have better luck using the online Exam support chat ( https://examsoft.com/ ;located in the lower right corner ) to get a hold of a live person.

If your computer is having hardware issues and still under warranty, then contact your computer vendor (or your local authorized repair shop) asap and have it repaired. You can also reach out to Law Technology at LawHelpdesk.scu.edu or during exam finals, at 408-554-5762.
