Issue: Student has been using MySCU portal to access SCU Gmail and/or Camino via a web browser. Now when the student logs in, it just prompts the student with "login fails."
Solution: Call the IT Service Center at 408-554-5700 to resolve this account issue of stop by their help desk located on the first floor of the main library and learning commons building.
