Issue: Faculty/Staff has been using MySCU portal to access SCU Gmail and/or Camino via a web browser. Now when the Faculty/Staff logs in, it just prompts the Faculty/Staff with "login fails."
*check for a proper Internet connection first before attempting the steps below.
1. Call the University IT Service Center at 408-554-5700 (extension 5700).
2. Provide the customer service rep with your name, SCU Gmail ID, and/or campus access ID ( example W118629 )
3. IT Service Center rep will remotely fix the login issue or dispatch a field support agent to help you. In the event the remote reset still does not fix the issue, the Faculty/Staff may need to stop by IT Service Center for further help.
