If you are constantly getting the message to download SafeConnect policy key and/or the password, then you may need to have the IT Service center verify your SafeConnect account or reset your SafeConnect password. You will need to call the IT Service Center at 408-554-5700 or stop by their office located on the first floor of the Main campus library and learning commons.
