The first thing you want to do is check and determine if the issues or any scheduled maintenance tasks are happening with Examsoft's web ecosystem. If their web portal is down, then it will affect many processes, including the ability to refresh your exam list in Examplify; log into your exam taker portal; receive email notifications from Examsoft about recently uploaded answer files; etc.

If the status page indicates a maintenance period, then retry your "refresh exam list"  or upload exam process again at then end of the posted time period. 
If you go to Examsoft's status site (and everything is noted as operational) and you still are not able to refresh your exam list or log into your exam portal, then alert the Law Technology team at 408-554-5762 or create a ticket at .
