If you have chosen to install Smart Print Pop-up client, it will install several print drivers and assign printer definitions,

SmartPrint_BW_Printer

SmartPrint_Color_Printer

In addition, Mac OS users are required to install SmartPrint HP drivers because Charney Hall has new HP Smart Print drivers. Review this FAQ on how to install this driver on Mac OS. So for Mac OS users that elected to install Smart Print Pop-up Client for Mac, then you will have 3 printer definitions,

SmartPrint_BW_Printer

SmartPrint_Color_Printer

SmartPrint_HP_BW_Printer*

*NOTE: Once this is installed as one of your mac printer definitions, then you can delete SmartPrint_BW_Printer to avoid confusion. This printer definition will print to both DELL and HP Smart Print printers on campus.
