Walk-ins and/or drop-ins will be conducted at the Law Tech Helpdesk/Info desk located in the Mabie Grand Atrium. Please do not stop by Law Technology office (CH 111) as it is closed to customer traffic until further notice. NOTE: Be informed about Santa Clara University's plan during this global pandemic. |

Orientation All orientation materials will be conducted online and a notification will be sent to you mid to late July before Law School orientation week. First year law students can set up most of what you need technology-wise for Law School by following online instructions below: |

Most of your issues can be resolved with a call so contact us first or create a ticket at lawhelpdesk.scu.edu First year law students that still have issues and are planning to visit Charney Hall during orientation week are encouraged to do the following: 1. Contact Law Technology Help Desk (408-554-5762) or create at ticket at Law Help Desk website, lawhelpdesk.scu.edu , and make an appointment in advance for a drop-in session (Law Tech/Info Desk in Mabie Grand Atrium) or a remote support session. A Law Help Desk staff member will contact you to determine the appropriate course of action and/or verify your appointment. 2. On the day your appointment, go to the Law Tech/Info desk. If no one is at the desk, then simply follow the instructions posted at the desk to get assistance and cal 408-554-6752. Official business hours are posted at the help desk. ![]() |
